We offer flexible month-to-month lease terms for both Dedicated Desks and Private Offices. You can cancel your lease with just 30 days’ notice.
Yes, all of our workspaces come fully furnished. The Hive Room includes spaces for hot desks and dedicated desks, all with easily accessible power outlets. Private offices are furnished with a desk and two chairs.
Yes, we provide highly secure internet, allowing each person to have their own virtual private network. Private office members can set up their own phone lines. For personal desk members or day renters, we offer the Busy Bee Phone Booth. This simple setup provides the privacy you need to video or audio chat without disturbing fellow hive members. Access to the phone booth is available to all members on a first-come, first-served basis, though reservation policies may adjust as our hive grows.

Yes, we provide printing, copying, and scanning services for all our members.
Our front office is open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Members have after-hours access to the space, which is locked and video monitored outside of business hours for security.
We’ll send you a secure payment link where you can sign up using any major credit or debit card. You can also save 5% by paying a year in advance.
