Welcome to Busy Bee Workspace. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership and Access
Memberships are available on a month-to-month basis. Members can cancel their membership with 30 days’ notice. Members have access to the workspace from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. After-hours access is available to members, and the space is locked and video monitored outside of business hours.

2. Workspace Options
We offer hot desks, dedicated desks, and private offices. Each workspace includes high-speed internet, powered desks, and complimentary coffee and tea. Private offices are furnished with a desk and two chairs.

3. Internet and Phones
Secure internet is provided, allowing each person to have their own virtual private network. Private office members can set up their own phone lines. The Busy Bee Phone Booth is available for private calls and video chats on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Conference Room Reservations
To reserve the conference room, please email info@busybeeworkspace.com with your preferred date and time.

5. Printing, Copying, and Scanning
Printing, copying, and scanning services are available for all members.

6. Payment Options
Payments can be made via a secure payment link using any major credit or debit card. Members can save 5% by paying a year in advance.

7. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment. Disruptive behavior, including loud noises or disturbances, is not permitted.

8. Liability
Busy Bee Workspace is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises. Members are encouraged to secure their valuables.

9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

10. Changes to Terms
Busy Bee Workspace reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or our website.
